Vasudevan, Tripunithura, during October and November, 2015Mind guides the body: It is the mind which decides how the body should function. It is the mind which acts as the store house of all emotions and feelings. When good messages enter through ears and eyes to the mind the mind accordingly responds. If we fill the mind with good, the body will reciprocate accordingly as the former is guiding the latter.
All the good and bad feelings and memories are stored in the mind. As and when the need arises, those feelings and emotions will come out of the mind. Then they force the body to act accordingly.
This is one of the prime themes of New Age Therapy. Now, if you feel mentally that you are ok, then the body will accordingly try to become OK. If you feel that you are tired, the body will respond to the call of the mind.
Thus try always to keep the mind in a healthy and comfortable posture. Keep the mind full of positives and confidence building thoughts and feelings. Keep away the fear psychosis, inferiority complex, anger, ego and so on. At least try to reduce to the extent possible. Fill the mind with good messages, and the thoughts will be good. If the thoughts are good then definitely action will be good. You know that actions are good means results and rewards will be good.
