LEADERSHIP QUALITIES OF A PRIME MINISTER
The leader should have many personal virtues and qualities. He should be dharmic!
He should practice what he preaches and should tell what he does/ did !
He should have faith in his followers and followers should have trust him !
He should be straight forward and should put forth the clear goal and pathway !
He should give maximum responsibility and power to his colleagues with freedom !
If statue of liberty is in eastern side there should be statue of responsibility on the west !
The colleagues and followers should follow the leader based on the principles !
Best is to focus on the nation, culture and values which stood the test of time !
Leader should be open and transparent in planning and implementing activities !
All should, including enemies/ opponents, be treated equally and no enemies or foes !
Merely leading is not enough, taking the nation and people with them is needed !
People should feel ‘ it is worth respecting’ the leader for so and so reasons!
No leadership will be permanent and no chair will be permanent for the leaders !
Leaders should remember that, leaders will come and go, but the system will remain !.
Only permanent thing in this world is that every thing including name and fame are temporary!
Last century this day we were not here and next century this day also we will not be here!
People threw the previous rulers like that they will also throw this ruler one day !
A good decision of a leader need not be good always and a bad, need not be bad always!
A good leader need not be good always and bad leader need not be bad always!
You also try to become a leader in your own work with icchaa sakti, jnaana sakti and kriyaa sakthi !
