Know it for certain that without ‘steady devotion’ for the Guru and ‘unflinching patience’ and ‘perseverance’, nothing is to be ‘achieved’.
Here comes the great message bundles for us. Remember how our teachers taught us. The method of delivering the messages/ subjects, usage of words, their body language, the respect and devotion towards their mission oriented profession. How they treated us and their colleagues. Take good from that. Teachers, in olden days, never degraded themselves to the level of ordinary workers. They are mission oriented professors, not merely paid workers. They were the ideal models for others and students.. Thus the GURU or ACHARYA ARE learned persons who could teach using simple languages to the students and that too scientifically, rationally and logically, after self practising those messages..
Another important quality needed is to have unflinching patience in us. This is what the Keralites are now a days lacking. They want everything like ‘fast food’ in minutes. That too in capsule forms, within minutes and without any sweating. Even though the age of ‘slow and steady win the race’ era has gone, and fast and steady win the race has come, there is a limit for the fast/ speed in learning process, which should never be ‘super fast’ if a steady progress or development is needed. Thus teach and learn about ‘patience’.
‘Perseverance’ is the iccha sakti in the mind, jnaana sakti in the brain and kriya sakti in the body/ organs. This perseverance with hard work should be learned and taught. Anyone in the world has achieved anything only through perseverance.
Now comes, the word ‘achievement’. Remember achievement need not be materialistic alone, it can be psychological, it can be physical/ economical, it can be for the family relations, for the culture, society or to the nation. Sometimes the achievement of an individual / group can go beyond the level of nation to achieve for the humanity. Thus evaluate the above message given by Swamy Vivekananda and analyse every point ( in short every unit operation in a project or program).
Analyse from A to Z and Z to A. Evaluate the results and rewards and also cause and effect. Ask seven questions why, what, when, where , who, whom and how of each unit work is to be done. Then only proceed. You / we will get the result and reward. Every great messages should be analysed like this every time.
