Life skill development messages
Preparation for living is not life, experience of living is life. Remember while marching forward we will have to experience dwantham as told in Geetha: ups and downs, happiness and sorrows, positives and negatives……… While experiencing these, be strong, stronger and become the strongest, having muscles of steel and nerves of iron.
Praapya varaan nibhodhatha is an important vedic, management message which stresses the need of ‘ acquiring knowledge from the scholars and enlighten yourself ‘. This is the basic duty of a leader to learn and continuously enrich yourselves.
An important message from the Veda which should be literally followed in every leader’s march forward is ‘sathyam vada’ which means always stick to the truth, fact and essence (sathyam). One should remember that sathyam is only one. Asathyams lie) are many. We may not even remember which lie we told and when. Always stick to sathyam.
“Dharmam chara” is a great message from Veda, part of vedic management. Dharma means duty+ responsibility + privilege. Dharma also means that guides/ directs/ instructs / protects… us. Each and every one has dharma like maathru/ pithru / puthra /… dharma. Vedic management always advice us to follow the dharmic pathway. Dear IISH workers follow the path of sathyam and dharmam in our mission.
Sthaalee pulaaka nyaayam is one of many logical thoughts applied in nyaaya saastra. The message of this nyaaya is if you know that three or four rice when examined have properly cooked in a big cooking vessel, then the total rice has been cooked. It is the random checking technique. Exactly like this when examined, if a few of the followers are bad, people will think the organisation itself is bad. Generally the reverse will not be accepted also.
